Electric Motors

Axial flux machines designed to your envelope

Give us the envelope and the load, and we design the machine that fits. Our axial flux platform delivers high torque density in a short axial package, verified with electromagnetic and thermal simulation before any metal is cut — and it is designed without heavy rare earth metals.

Torque density

Both variants share the same 24 kg axial flux platform, benchmarked against the current market-leading axial flux motor. The fractional slot F400 leads on torque density — 32.08 Nm/kg.

How we work

  1. 01

    Envelope

Torque, speed and packaging constraints define the design space.

  2. 02

    Simulation

Electromagnetic, thermal and structural loops converge on one machine.

  3. 03

    Prototype

Build support, measurement and correlation against the simulated model.
